Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital gift vouchers issued by Skin Ethos. By purchasing, receiving, or using a voucher, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. General Conditions
Gift vouchers may be used toward any treatment, service, or retail product available at Skin Ethos. They represent pre-paid credit and are not legal tender, debit, or credit cards. All vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are redeemable only at Skin Ethos.
2. Expiry and Validity
All Skin Ethos gift vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is displayed on each digital voucher. After this date, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
3. Redemption and Usage
- Vouchers are issued digitally and sent by email.
- They may be redeemed in-clinic, through the Skin Ethos booking system, or online for eligible product purchases.
- Vouchers may be used for multiple transactions until the full balance is spent.
- Partial redemptions retain the remaining balance until the original expiry date.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers or exchanged for cash.
- If a purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another accepted payment method.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers
Skin Ethos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement of a lost voucher may be provided at our discretion if proof of purchase and remaining balance can be verified through our system.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Unused balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Promotions and Complimentary Vouchers
Vouchers issued as part of a promotion, giveaway, or complimentary offer may have shorter expiry periods or additional restrictions. These will be clearly stated at the time of issue and override general voucher terms.
7. Complimentary or Promotional Products
Products or items received as part of a gift voucher promotion or giveaway are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are faulty or unsafe for use, as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected during voucher purchase or redemption is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes details collected via our booking and payment systems.
9. Fraud and Misuse
Skin Ethos reserves the right to reject or cancel any voucher that has been tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently. Any misuse of vouchers may result in refusal of redemption or service.
10. Policy Updates
Skin Ethos may update these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website and will supersede previous versions.
