Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Information

Skin Ethos offers flexible payment options through Afterpay to make it easier to access our services and products. This page explains how BNPL services work and your responsibilities when using them.
1. What Is Buy Now, Pay Later?
Afterpay allows you to enjoy a service or purchase a product immediately and pay for it over instalments through Afterpay’s secure payment system. Approval, instalment terms, and fees are managed entirely by Afterpay under their own agreement with you.
BNPL payments are available in-clinic only via the PhorestPay terminal. Online purchases made through the Salon Lane retail store are not eligible for Afterpay payments.
2. Eligibility
Afterpay is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who meet Afterpay’s eligibility criteria. Approval is subject to Afterpay’s own credit and verification process.
3. Eligible Services and Purchases
Afterpay may be used for eligible in-clinic treatments, prepaid packages, and retail products purchased at the Skin Ethos studio. Promotional or discounted offers may be excluded at Skin Ethos’ discretion.
4. Fees, Late Payments, and Defaults
Skin Ethos does not determine, charge, or manage any Afterpay-related fees or instalment schedules. All repayment arrangements, reminders, and late fees are handled directly by Afterpay under their own terms of service.
Skin Ethos is not responsible for declined transactions, account suspensions, or disputes arising from BNPL use. For payment or account issues, please contact Afterpay directly.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns
Refunds or credits for Afterpay transactions are processed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and Returns Policy. Once a refund or credit is issued by Skin Ethos, Afterpay will adjust or refund your payment schedule accordingly.
6. Privacy and Data
Payments made via Afterpay are processed securely through PhorestPay and Afterpay’s systems. Skin Ethos does not have access to or store any of your payment account information. For details on how we manage personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Future Providers
Skin Ethos may introduce new BNPL or financing options in the future. Updated information will be published on this page and communicated through our booking and payment systems.
